Sarah Fong – Where heaven and earth meet

“Create true splendor that radiates from within.”
I empower individuals, teams, and organizations to:
… clarify their identity and mission and bring them to life (together with others).
… break free from exhausting routines, limiting habits, and unnecessary conflicts.
… to dwell in relationship with God and walk with Him in the midst of everyday life.
I do this because I love it when people discover and develop the beauty and strength within them and connect with one another through them. And when they live in dignity, true freedom, and deep inner peace.
My relationship with God is marked by intimacy and awe, by experiencing HIS indescribable love and glory. He is always present; in Him, I am at home and am living the adventure of my life.
Consulting Principles
I love people and run for them. — My focus is on people. I am dedicated to helping people—regardless of their role—experience what it means to be loved, valued, and important. I encourage, support, and guide them; but I also speak plainly and challenge their egos so that they can break free, mature, and grow.
We learn and grow with and through one another. — No matter who I’m working with or in what setting, I strive for us to meet on equal footing and learn from one another. We broaden our horizons and push our boundaries, identify and resolve triggers, build on our strengths, and overcome our weaknesses to achieve our goals.
God shapes things through me. — I experience God and His influence on me and my life in a way that moves me deeply. This brings me into such a close relationship with Him that He is present as I journey through life. The person I’m talking to may or may not share this experience, but they must be able to accept that this is a part of me that I mention.
Our failures make us stronger. — We all make mistakes and have weaknesses. We stumble or fall. When this happens, we turn back, apologize, and forgive ourselves and the person we’re with. We encourage one another to learn from it, dust ourselves off, let our wounds heal, and move forward with our heads held high, stronger than before.
I strive for sustainable growth. — I am not content with the status quo; instead, I strive for the growth of people, teams, and companies. My goal is not to grow quickly and on a large scale, but rather to achieve steady, deep, genuine, and sustainable growth. Those who want to remain stuck in difficult situations or seek rapid, superficial growth will find greater happiness elsewhere.
